Store Manager

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW: Please note: relocation costs are not covered by the employer Key Responsibilities: Managing a team of 40-45 employees, including motivating, training, and supporting them in their daily tasks. Achieving sales targets and monitoring performance based on KPIs. Organizing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and overseeing deliveries. Ensuring attractive and brand-compliant product displays. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that arise. Recruiting, onboarding, and developing new team members while providing ongoing coaching and support. Analyzing sales results and implementing strategies to optimize performance. WYMAGANIA: Requirements: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Proven experience in a management role within fashion retail or large-scale stores Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and customer service standards. Experience working with sales plans and KPIs. Fluency in English (knowledge of German is an advantage). Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
