ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW: Job scope: Drive the analytical agenda across CRM, loyalty programs, and digital marketing campaigns Define, track, and optimize KPIs focused on acquisition, retention, churn, and customer lifetime value (CLV) Design and implement customer segmentation models and establish robust test‐and‐learn frameworks Collaborate with business and marketing stakeholders to translate insights into actionable strategies Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring timely delivery of dashboards, reports, and strategic recommendations Build and continuously enhance a comprehensive customer analytics framework Conduct in‐depth analysis of shopping behavior and customer segments to inform decision‐making Provide actionable CRM and marketing insights that drive growth and engagement GI Group Poland is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
