Your responsibilities:

- Interpret and validate technical documentation, drawings, and specifications for large yacht construction

- Develop detailed technological instructions and process documentation for yacht construction, including step-by-step assembly guidelines, working methods, and material recommendations

- Optimize production processes and methods related to hull, deck, and superstructure assembly

- Cooperate with engineers, naval architects, and craftsmen to ensure manufacturability and material feasibility

- Monitor compliance with classification society and maritime regulations

- Participate in technical reviews and support quality assurance processes

- Solve construction-related issues on the production floor and propose practical solutions

- Coordinate changes and improvements during the build process
