Business Change Manager with German Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Expected Change Management SAP Optional ERP LMS Project Management About the project The Business Change Manager will lead the change management workstream of a major transformation program within a multinational pharmaceutical production company. The project involves the transition from two legacy production systems to two target platforms: a new production management system and SAP module integration. The role is critical for ensuring smooth adoption, process retention and strong stakeholder engagement across multiple global sites.
