ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW: Job description: Define and execute the regional HR strategy aligned with business priorities and legal requirements Ensure HR policies, tools and procedures are compliant, up to date and effectively implemented Oversee payroll administration, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness and compliance with local regulations Ensure proper governance and control of HR documentation and employee records Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent in the region Design and deliver training programs that strengthen skills and support organizational growth Coach managers in communication, recognition and ethical employee relations, while supporting conflict resolution Lead and inspire the HR team, fostering accountability, innovation and high performance Act as a role model of company values, embedding them into everyday practices and culture GI Group Poland is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
