Employ innovative list-building strategies, including leveraging influencers, analyzing engagement on posts, competitor targeting, job change triggers, and more. Outreach and Engagement Craft engaging messaging and communication strategies to initiate meaningful contact with potential leads. Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns using tools like Dripify, Walaxy, etc. Build relationships through proactive engagement, such as commenting on prospects' posts and participating in industry groups. Nurture leads with personalized follow-ups, emphasizing Zingflow’s unique value proposition and benefits. Data Management and Reporting Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and updates in HubSpot CRM. Monitor and report on key metrics such as lead generation volumes, conversion rates, and campaign performance, and suggest optimizations to improve outcomes. Support to the Sales Team Collaborate closely with the sales team and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to streamline the lead pipeline. Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and PhantomBuster. Fluent English skills, both spoken and written. A proactive mindset with a results-driven, goal-oriented approach. Analytical thinking, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel for data organization and management. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. An interest in the procurement and AI industries Optional Knowledge of Procurement Processes: Any additional knowledge of purchasing processes will be an asset. Basic knowledge of HubSpot CRM (preferred but not required).
