- Remuneration: 210 PLN/hour net + VAT

responsibilities :

- Work closely with business users to understand warehouse operations and translate requirements into effective EWM solutions
- Lead EWM design workshops, documenting process flows, functional designs and configuration approaches
- Configure and customize SAP EWM functionalities in alignment with business needs
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports and custom developments
- Conduct system testing, validate system configuration and support user acceptance testing
- Support data migration activities, including mapping, validation and cutover readiness
- Provide end-user training, documentation and post-go-live support
- Work with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, QM, FI) to ensure seamless integration across S/4HANA modules
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and propose mitigation plans
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse performance and promote best practices

requirements-expected :

- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly explain EWM processes to business users and stakeholders
- Prior experience with S/4HANA Greenfield implementation projects
- Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain and warehouse processes
- Ability to analyze business requirements and design optimized SAP EWM solutions
- Provide expert functional guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Skilled in requirements gathering, solution mapping and fit-gap analysis
- Experienced in preparing functional specifications, performing system configuration and supporting testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT)
