Opis stanowiska

- Manage the delivery of SAP projects within the ECC landscape, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational priorities.

- Oversee implementation, testing, deployment and stabilisation of SAP solutions.

- Cooperate with internal teams, business stakeholders and external partners to ensure project success.

- Provide strong technical and functional guidance for all SAP-related topics.

- Monitor project performance, address risks proactively and maintain transparent communication.

- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations and project governance frameworks.

- Coordinate training, documentation and knowledge transfer to end users.

- Prepare reports summarising project milestones, solution performance and improvement areas.

Profil kandydata

- A successful SAP Delivery Manager should have:

- Proven experience delivering SAP projects in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

- Strong functional and technical understanding of SAP modules relevant to production and logistics.

- A track record of managing complex projects on time, within scope and budget.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.

- Ability to identify issues quickly and propose practical, scalable solutions.

- Knowledge of sector-specific compliance and digitalisation requirements.
