Team Structure:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders while reporting directly to senior leadership. Acting as a central coordination point, you will align efforts across departments to ensure the efficient delivery of project goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management.
- Master’s degree in Project Management or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate challenges and drive solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Outstanding communication and reporting abilities to keep stakeholders informed.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills to engage stakeholders and drive project success.
- Fluent English (we operate in an English-speaking environment).
- Availability to work partially on-site from our Warsaw office.

- Experience working in a cross-functional or international team environment.
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools, software, or standards relevant to the Web3 space.
