Opis stanowiska

- Provide comprehensive HR administration support across the entire employee lifecycle

- Manage HR queries via ServiceNow, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused responses.

- Prepare HR documentation and maintain employee records in alignment with compliance standards.

- Update and manage data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy for payroll, benefits, and reporting.

- Collaborate with managers, HR Business Partners, and external vendors on HR-related matters.

- Prepare HR reports, support audits, and ensure adherence to policies and local labor regulations.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, support policy updates, and align Work Instructions with operational standards.

Profil kandydata

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in HR operations, HR administration, shared services, or employee lifecycle management.

- Fluency in German and very good English.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and regulatory requirements.

- High accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

- Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Analytical skills and ability to interpret and work with data.
