Opis stanowiska

Cel stanowiska
Zapewnienie konkurencyjności i efektywności systemów wynagrodzeń oraz benefitów w organizacji. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiadać za planowanie budżetu płac, analizy i prognozy, bieżące raportowanie HR oraz wsparcie w tworzeniu polityki wynagradzania.

Zakres odpowiedzialności

-

Analiza i aktualizacja systemów wynagrodzeń oraz benefitów,

-

Tworzenie i rozwój systemów premiowych,

-

Przygotowanie raportów i prognoz dla Zarządu,

-

Wsparcie w procesach przeglądu wynagrodzeń i polityki HR.

Profil kandydata

-

Wykształcenia wyższego (ekonomia, finanse, zarządzanie lub HR),

-

Min. 3-letniego doświadczenia w obszarze wynagrodzeń/analiz HR,

-

Bardzo dobrej znajomości zagadnień C&B i systemów premiowych,

-

Wysoko rozwiniętych zdolności analitycznych oraz biegłej znajomości MS Excel,

-

Znajomości języka angielskiego w pracy codziennej,

-

Mile widziana znajomość systemów HR (np. TETA, SAP SuccessFactors).
