Hands-on expertise with SaaS CRM systems and understanding of the B2B SaaS tech stack. Advanced Google Sheets (or Excel) skills , you are comfortable with working with functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, FILTER, IF, and Pivot Tables A sharp analytical mindset , ensuring data accuracy and delivering insights that drive informed decisions. Exceptional organizational skills , with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to tackling challenges. Adaptability in fast-paced environments , responding quickly to shifting priorities and acting with urgency to drive results. A collaborative mindset , thriving in cross-functional settings and working seamlessly with other teams to create impact. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities , enabling you to influence and collaborate effectively. Fluent in English. Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have) Experience designing or managing SaaS B2B sales compensation plans and using commission management tools like Spiff. Expertise in reporting and managing partner channel sales, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and seamless processing. Familiarity with Planhat or other Customer Success Management platforms. Proficiency with advanced Google Sheets functions, including QUERY, REGEX, and ARRAY.
