Employer: International software house Rate: up to 49 EUR per hour Technology stack: Java, Go, Clojure, SQL, Athena, BigQuery, Kafka, SQS, K8s, Postgres responsibilities : To lead a team of ~4-5 developers Front End and Back End developers; To take part with Developing our data collection platform; To solve diverse, complex problems at a large scale; To analyze and improve the performance, scalability, and stability of Client's products, environments, and tool; To optimize engineering processes and tools to serve the team; To improving the client's product through your own continuous development in your area of ​​expertise; To take ownership and responsibility for the quality of the products you develop by enabling and executing unit testing and integration testing. requirements-expected : 5+ years of backend engineering experience; 3+ years experience in leading a team of at least 3 developers; Solid knowledge of Kafka, SQS, K8s, Postgres, event driven systems; Experience with large-scale SaaS production services and databases; Proficiency and ability to code well in at least one language (Java/Go, Clojure, etc. ); Proficiency with databases technologies such as SQL / Athena / BigQuery; Ability to grasp new languages, systems, and frameworks fast; A team player with a strong sense of ownership; Very good command of English (at least B2). offered : Learning sessions, workshops, hackathons, meetups, pair programming and open-source contributions; Great opportunity for personal development in a stable and friendly large multinational company; Flexible working hours; Company events; Career growth and additional education.
