responsibilities :

- Zarządzanie i koordynowanie działań związanych z testowaniem oprogramowania w projektach, dbając o ich zgodność z celami klienta i wymogami jakościowymi
- Współpraca z interesariuszami projektu, w tym klientami, zespołami deweloperskimi i analitykami, w celu ustalenia zakresu testów oraz harmonogramu prac
- Monitorowanie postępów testów, raportowanie wyników oraz zarządzanie ewentualnymi ryzykami i problemami
- Wspieranie i rozwój zespołu testerów, zapewniając odpowiednie szkolenia oraz wsparcie w zakresie automatyzacji i narzędzi testowych

requirements-expected :

- Minimum 7 lat doświadczenia w testowaniu oprogramowania, z co najmniej 2-letnią praktyką w roli Test Managera
- Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołami testerskimi oraz umiejętność efektywnego komunikowania się z klientami i interesariuszami
- Znajomość narzędzi do zarządzania testami oraz automatyzacji testów
- Praktyczne umiejętności w zakresie planowania, organizowania pracy oraz zarządzania projektami
- Doskonałe zdolności komunikacyjne w języku angielskim, zarówno pisemne, jak i ustne (poziom B2+)
- Certyfikat ISTQB Test Manager
