ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW: Build and execute promotional campaigns across email, app, and push channels. Manage the end-to-end process from briefing and creative coordination to QA and reporting. Ensure targeting accuracy based on segmentation and purchase behavior. Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations. Implement marketing automation workflows and testing scenarios. Coordinate the planning and execution of loyalty offers and customer promotions across multiple markets. Partner with Commercial and Category teams to align offers with business priorities, category objectives, and seasonal strategies. Translate commercial initiatives into personalized customer propositions within CRM channels (email, app, push, SMS). Lead the Test & Learn agenda for CRM and loyalty - design test hypotheses, segmentation, control groups, and success metrics. Consolidate campaign results and provide actionable insights to commercial and marketing leadership. Track campaign efficiency (open rates, redemption, incremental sales, ROI) and recommend optimizations. Ensure proper targeting logic and automation flow setup within CRM tools. Maintain a clear overview of active and planned offers across markets to ensure governance and consistency. Support data and analytics teams in enhancing CRM dashboards and reporting accuracy. WYMAGANIA: Bachelors degree. 3-5 years of experience in CRM and customer marketing, ideally in retail, FMCG, or loyalty-driven environments. Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms (ideally Synerise). Strong understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analytics. High attention to detail and excellent coordination skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
