Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective sales strategy in Instrumentation Division in Poland in order to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope.
- Set, plan and ensure execution of sales strategy within the assigned scope to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products and solutions in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor proactively sales performance, ensuring development and implementation of correction actions to secure business growth when and where needed.
- Proactively lead, develop and coach the sales organization to exceed the sales targets through high performance.
- Understand market requirements and customers need to drive accelerated development, systematically beating market growth.
- Organize the local team/functions and coordinate with global structures.
Our requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience running a front-end marketing and sales operation with P&L responsibility, demonstrating a track record of profitable growth.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field.
- Strong background in the automation business, along with in-depth knowledge of the local market. Instrumentation knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong leadership mindset.
- Skills and experience in performance management and business development.
- Intercultural understanding to effectively motivate virtual teams within widespread organizations.
- Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.

The PA Division Measurement and Analytics is currently seeking for a Head of Sales – Instrumentation Division in Poland in Process Automation Business. Our portfolio includes the full scope of Instrumentation products and solutions. Instrumentation includes Flow, Pressure, Temperature and Level sensors.
The position holder will be responsible for P&L and direct people leadership, managing the sales organization in Poland.
This position reports directly to Sales Manager Analytics – Europe and functionally to the Sales Manager Instrumentation – Central & Eastern Europe.
