Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our inside sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing leads through the sales pipeline.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. You will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities, managing leads, and working closely with our business development team to achieve our sales targets.

As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and develop your skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (account acquisition, business development or sales)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
