The role of a Sales Desk Representative at Infor Inc. presents an exciting opportunity for career growth in the technology sector.
You will be part of a dynamic team based in Poland, working closely with regional Sales, Services Delivery, and Legal departments to develop contractual offers and assist in creating services proposals globally.
This position requires a sharp mind, excellent attention to detail, and extensive interaction with internal departments to ensure all planned work is documented correctly and adheres to internal procedures.
In this role, you will manage processes to support agreements between Infor Consulting Services and our existing customers.
A Typical Day Includes:- Preparing contracts for ICS projects and building productive relationships with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Product teams to drive agreement efficiencies and facilitate deal closure
- Partnering with Solution architects and Services Sales Teams globally to understand scope and opportunity
- Effectively interacting with customers (internally) to identify functional scope of the solution prior to the bid estimation process
- BUILDING ON CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS, GAIN COMMITMENT AND ENSURE THAT ALL CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS ARE IDENTIFIED AND MET
- CREATING SERVICES PROPOSALS TO EFFECTIVELY IMPLEMENT INFOR SOLUTIONS GLOBALLY
- Demonstrating a solid approach to the sales process with creativity and vision
- Complying with all company processes and tools used to record and track opportunities and orders and report progress
- Ensuring compliance with published Pricing, Sales, and Business Approval policies
- Serving as a trusted advisor to internal Sales concerning process and pricing requirements
- Fluent in French and English
- Proficiency in applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills
- Services and/or Sales Background Experience
- Working previously with Salesforce would be a plus
