Responsibilities:
  • Develop New Business: Acquire, identify and qualify potential partners for different projects according to the company's business strategy.
  • Be Proactive: Execute cold calls, email outreach, and other sales strategies to generate leads and foster new business opportunities.
  • Contribute Strategically: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights for sustainable growth.
  • Promote Solutions: Take part in the process of developing sales and marketing strategies for different projects.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales or business development with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Languages: Fluency in German (essential) and a good command of English.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter with a proactive approach to opening new doors and creating opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Confident on the phone and capable of crafting persuasive emails.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Tools: Experience using sales and productivity tools (such as CRM systems or data analysis tools). Some kind of AI knowledge and tools is a plus
  • All at once: Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
