Sales Role in Building Customer Loyalty

We believe that sales play a crucial part in establishing trust and loyalty between customers and businesses. This connection often begins with the interaction between a sales representative and a potential customer.

About Us:

Our company is fully remote, having completed over 70 software projects and products for clients from 19 countries. Our secret to success lies in our team of tech enthusiasts who collaborate from various locations. When you join us, you'll work closely with Sales, Devs, Designers, and Project Managers, sharing knowledge and experiences while working together.

We're seeking a persistent and open-minded Business Development Representative eager to grow and contribute to our team's long-term goals.

Your Profile:
  1. 1-2 years of experience in cold outreach (calls/e-mails/different channels)
  2. Excellent command of spoken and written English (C1 level)
  3. Strong work ethic: professionalism, availability, punctuality, conscientiousness
  4. Open to giving and receiving feedback throughout the development process
  5. Positive, growth mindset with a can-do attitude
  6. People person with strong networking skills, comfortable interacting with others
  7. Genuinely interested in sales and software development
Nice-to-have:
  1. Previous sales experience (e.g., in the tech industry)
  2. Previous sport background
  3. Basic knowledge of outreach tools/sales automation tools
Responsibilities:
  1. New business and customer service activities:
    1. Finding new customers and expanding our customer network through cold outreach (cold calling & cold mailing)
    2. Building and maintaining current business relationships to foster customer loyalty
    3. Achieving sales targets and ensuring high customer satisfaction
    4. Participating in sales meetings and presentations
    5. Creating personalized customer communication
    6. Providing exceptional customer service via email, Slack, or virtual meetings
  1. Sales operations and processes:
    1. Conducting market research and staying updated on tech industry trends to improve and develop
    2. Supporting the sales team in daily duties (e.g., updating the CRM system and Google Workspace documentation)
    3. Staying informed about all services provided by the company
    4. Collaborating daily with management on sales and customer issues (Co-founders, Project Managers, Dev Team, etc.)
    5. Creating customized proposals for leads and customers with our tech leads
