Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative with eTeam's Client Service Corporate Trust and Centralized Billing Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to perform quality reviews and due diligence where required, ensuring that all transactions are conducted in accordance with our company's standards.
About the Role- You will be responsible for comparing billing and receivables data during transition processes, identifying any discrepancies or errors that may impact our clients' financials.
- In this role, you will also investigate errors in client invoices, working closely with our team leaders and client service managers to resolve these issues efficiently.
- Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you review daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service possible.
- Finally, you will route issues that cannot be addressed at the point of contact to the appropriate team, in accordance with documented procedures.
