About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales development representative to join our team in Wrocław. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building relationships, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential clients through targeted outreach and research
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Support sales consultants in preparing custom pitch decks and conducting customer-specific research
- Nurture existing relationships and build new connections through events and fairs
- Manage pipeline tracking and documentation in our CRM system
- Provide market insights and support sales and delivery teams as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold outreach and lead generation
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand customer needs
- Persistence and resilience in achieving sales targets
- Self-organized and effective in prioritization and time management
- Open-minded and able to build trust with customers
- Goal-oriented and driven to reach sales goals
- Curious and creative in finding new approaches to drive results
