About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales development representative to join our team in Wrocław. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building relationships, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through targeted outreach and research
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Support sales consultants in preparing custom pitch decks and conducting customer-specific research
  • Nurture existing relationships and build new connections through events and fairs
  • Manage pipeline tracking and documentation in our CRM system
  • Provide market insights and support sales and delivery teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold outreach and lead generation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to understand customer needs
  • Persistence and resilience in achieving sales targets
  • Self-organized and effective in prioritization and time management
  • Open-minded and able to build trust with customers
