Job Title: Sales and Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a talented Sales and Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Baselinker.

Job Summary:

This role involves taking care of clients during the trial period to ensure subscription renewal, acquiring new clients, conducting online presentations for potential clients, educating and developing knowledge about the capabilities of our product among new and existing users, reporting and analysing progress, constant optimisation and improvement of the customer success process, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships during the trial period to secure subscription renewals
  • Acquire new long-term clients through targeted sales efforts
  • Deliver engaging online presentations to prospective clients
  • Enhance user knowledge of our product features and capabilities
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance
  • Continuously improve the customer success process
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and consumer needs
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Sales roles within the SaaS/e-commerce industry
  • Experience in B2B sales with knowledge of sales techniques and ability to communicate benefits effectively
  • Ability to present SaaS products in an accessible manner
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Pipedrive or Hubspot
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Creativity, independence, and willingness to learn and adapt
  • Fluency in German and very good English language skills (minimum B2 level)
