Your Responsibilities

  1. You will provide administrative support to the sales teams in European countries, focusing on UK and Ireland.
  2. You will be responsible for generating and sending sales quotations, following up on sent quotes or product samples.
  3. You will assist sales in providing product information (availability, product data, etc. based on Fiori and SAP system).
  4. You will respond to customer inquiries, clarifying queries with other teams.
  5. You will create customer-specific price lists and sales reports, order medical instruments on sales requests, manage the Sales Prospects queue and participate in sales projects.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  1. You hold a Bachelor degree from a recognized university.
  2. You possess excellent communication skills in English, with knowledge of another European language being an asset.
  3. You have advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  4. Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and SAP is highly desirable.
  5. You excel in organization, task management, and accuracy.
