About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Specialist. This role involves managing the end-to-end testing process for functional enhancements and system updates, ensuring seamless integration of new features.

The successful candidate will work closely with Sales and Sales Operations to improve sales process in CRM/Dealhub, identifying best practice and sales process improvements, and sharing and documenting them so the sales community has easy access to the latest resources.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Approval Process Oversight: Ensure CPQ tool approvals are correctly configured, with appropriate roles and permissions in place.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Work closely with Sales and Sales Operations to improve sales process in CRM/Dealhub.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be required to train and communicate effectively, provide cross-functional liaison, and own the CPQ Tool. Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, outstanding analytical background with strong problem-solving skills, great interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to get results.
