As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for Aptean as a Business Development Representative with Dutch. Your primary objective will be to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, effectively pitching our innovative products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pursue inbound leads, qualifying them against product line target markets and positioning them within the sales cycle.
  2. Nurture in-target leads through strategic brand and product awareness campaigns.
  3. Engage in outbound prospecting and cold calling, focusing on strategic company/vertical targeting and personalized campaigns.
  4. Develop and execute email, direct mail, and outbound campaign strategies.
  5. Manage pipelines and provide weekly lead generation reports using CRM tools.
  6. Maintain a deep understanding of prospect databases and develop account/contact profiling expertise.
  7. Participate in trade shows and events as required, providing exceptional customer support.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of account development principles and execution. Experience working with B2B enterprise software solutions is highly desirable, although other sales backgrounds are also considered.

We are looking for an individual who is willing to cold call and hungry for results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with fluency in English and Dutch, are essential. Additionally, you should have demonstrable time management, organization, and prioritization skills, with attention to detail and a focus on process and data integrity.
