Overview
Aptean's Inside Sales Team is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive growth and build lasting customer relationships.
This role offers the opportunity to spearhead sales efforts, build new partnerships, and be an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional ERP solutions worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of sales experience in the IT or software industry, demonstrating ability to drive business growth. Fluent communication skills in English and Dutch are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer base.
- Reach out to inactive accounts to rekindle relationships and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Nurture long-lasting client relationships ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is consistently maintained.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless customer experience, providing exceptional value throughout the sales process.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth in sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
