- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Management, or a related field,
- minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, preferably in the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry,
- practical knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel functions; experience with planning tools (Kinaxis, APO) is a plus,
- fluent English skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2), enabling effective work in an international environment,
- strong analytical abilities, with a proven capability to work with data and derive insights in a dynamic environment,
- excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments (e.g., production, logistics, sales).
