Sales & Business Development Manager (Global Markets | Robotics & Automation) Miejsce pracy: Szczecin Your responsibilities Sales development in international markets - active customer acquisition in Polish and international markets (Europe, North America, Asia) Identifying and opening new sales channels for engineering automation and robotics solutions. Co-developing sales strategies and standardised sales (robotisation for smaller applications, ready-made modules). Conducting sales and consultancy discussions with customers on a technical and strategic level. Building relationships and networks in the industrial environment. Participating in shaping product offerings - modelling offers and value propositions for different markets. Sales negotiations and closing the sales process. Attending industry events to showcase the company and also keep abreast of market trends. Liaising with the engineering team, marketing and management in the development of new sales leads. Our requirements Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience in the field of industrial automation, systems integration or related. Automotive industry preferred. Consulting / advisory sales experience - you understand the value of long-term relationships and customer-driven sales. Knowledge of the industry: industrial robotics, process automation, control systems, manufacturing digitalisation (MES, SCADA). Ability to talk to technical people (engineers, production directors, CTOs). Practical experience in entering new foreign markets - you are able to network and understand cultural differences in sales. Practical sales and negotiation skills supported by training and professional success. Fluency in English and German. Willingness to occasionally work in the Chorzów office.
