🟣 Who are we looking for?

Someone who:

- has at least 5 years of experience in marketing automation

- is an A-player in self-management and delivery

- is proactive, ambitious, and growth-oriented

- is confident in communication with clients

- is organized, reliable, and results-driven

- loves to learn new tools and technologies

- speaks both Polish and English fluently

- can think strategically while staying hands-on with operations

🟡 Required skills & experience

- knowledge of at least 2 MA tools (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, User.com , Synerise, etc.)

- experience in tool integrations (API basics, webhooks, JS understanding, reading documentation)

- ability to create end-to-end campaigns : goals, segments, briefs, execution

- ability to analyze data and produce actionable recommendations

- strong experience with e-commerce brands (preferably DTC)

- experience running workshops with clients

- good command of project management tools (extra points for ClickUp)

🟠 What will you be doing?

20–30% – Team leadership & retention ownership

- building retention processes and loyalty frameworks

- managing MA specialists and supporting their development

- co-creating and supervising affiliate program initiatives

- recruiting new team members

- owning customer retention and repeat-purchase processes

70–80% – Senior Marketing Automation Specialist

- leading key MA projects for our most important clients

- designing and implementing advanced automation flows

- working with customer lifecycle, segmentation, and data

- co-creating retention and lifecycle strategies
