Our client is a lifestyle brand start-up, ready to grow and accelerate business. They're seeking a Marketing Manager who can orchestrate the growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Scale engagement and email capture through interactive tools.
  • Develop and execute educational marketing strategies, translating complex concepts into accessible, viral content.
  • Build and manage global retail and influencer partnerships, negotiating with key stakeholders to expand market presence.
  • Lead AI-driven personalization across all customer touchpoints, including quizzes, predictive models, and marketing automation.
  • Create and implement country-specific launch and marketing strategies.
  • Run rapid, data-driven marketing experiments to optimize campaigns and customer engagement.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand voice and deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in digital marketing, growth hacking, or product marketing, with experience in personalization-driven campaigns.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to energize teams, seize opportunities in challenges, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional execution speed and adaptability, capable of making rapid decisions with incomplete information and pivoting strategies quickly.
  • Deep technical and creative proficiency, leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to deliver innovative marketing solutions.
  • Experience managing multi-country marketing initiatives, navigating diverse regulatory and cultural environments.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with experience forming strategic partnerships at the executive level.
  • Innovative thinker capable of inspiring teams to propose bold, unconventional marketing ideas.
  • Resourceful and efficient, able to achieve high-impact results with limited resources.
  • Data-driven with a strong focus on measurable outcomes, including customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with running large-scale experiments, AI-driven personalization, and content automation.
