Are you looking for a role where you can combine the skills of a Project Manager, advisor, and marketer? At Sii, we are looking for a Marketing Account Manager – a partner for the Sales department and the Heads of Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for recommending effective marketing activities aimed at lead generation, creating action plans, and ensuring their consistent execution – from A to Z. You will join a 40-person Marketing, CSR & Communication team, working closely with creative specialists and business leaders.

*Your tasks*

  • Acting as an advisor and Project Manager for Sales and Heads of Industry, recommending marketing activities that support business growth and sales
  • Planning, scheduling, and executing marketing projects from defining priorities, timelines, and goals to delivering the final report (e.g. organising events, creating articles and website content, managing social media, preparing presentations)
  • Coordinating the work of creative teams (graphic designers, filmmakers, online analysts), ensuring quality and timeliness
  • Managing the Sii website: updating content, ensuring consistent communication, and developing sections dedicated to Sales and Heads of Industry
  • Reporting on results and managing project documentation in Jira

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships easily, act as a consultant, and communicate effectively with business stakeholders (e.g., defending your ideas and persuading others of your point of view)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as oral and written communication skills in Polish and English (C1 level)
  • Knowledge of marketing and communication tools: social media (Facebook, LinkedIn), Google Analytics, CMS, and how to measure website performance and the effectiveness of online campaigns
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model – minimum 2 days a week from the office
  • Residing in Poland required
