We are partnering with Hollister Incorporated to recruit a Marketing Manager for its Ostomy business in Poland.

Hollister is a global healthcare company committed to making life more rewarding and dignified for people who use our products and services. The company has been present in the region through a distributor and is already recognized in the market. Now, Hollister is building its own Sales and Marketing organization in Poland from the ground up and opening a new office - an exciting time to join and shape the future.

As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Hollister's growth in Poland by developing and executing local marketing strategies for the Ostomy product portfolio. This is a strategic and hands-on role that combines market analysis, product launch planning, and close collaboration with sales to deliver strong business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement medium- and long-term marketing strategies to grow market share and sales.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, distilling insights to inform strategy.
  • Plan and execute product launches, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing tactics with revenue goals.
  • Build relationships with associations, healthcare professionals, and consumers.
  • Manage marketing communications, ensuring alignment with global brand positioning.
  • Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and ROI tracking for marketing programs.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in medical devices or pharma.
  • Strong understanding of the Polish healthcare industry and reimbursement landscape.
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing, product launches, and campaign execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Fluent in Polish and English (written and verbal).
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to execute based on data-driven insights.
