A Day in the Life of Our Team Leader: Effective Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams. Supervise design : Ensure technical feasibility and supervise the design of developed features. Guide and coach: Write (around 60% of the time) and review code, providing constructive feedback to team members. Who We're Looking For: Seasoned Expertise: Min. 3 years of team and project leadership and 5 years of software engineering experience Technical Proficiency: Senior level of C# (.NET Framework, .NET Core). Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations. Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Experience with GitHub. Getting Things Done: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills CAD Know-how: Familiarity with CAD tools will be highly regarded, further enhancing your potential contributions to our team. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal, within a professional environment, ensuring seamless collaboration and understanding.
