ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW: For international organisation in Gdańs, we are currently recruiting for the Customer Service Specialist with German. Location: Gdańsk (onsite) Responsibilities: Responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries ensuring. Answer customers calls and emails within guideline. Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database. Be a first point of contact to resolve customer problems using all available resources. We are looking for: Very good knowledge of English (B2) and fluent in German (C1). Excellent communication skills. Knowledge Microsoft Office. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work fully on-site. We offer: Attractive employee benefits (Multisport card, Medicover private healthcare). Possibility of part-time, 3⁄4, full-time job. At the beginning, each employee must undergo a 5-week in-person training, which lasts 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday. Relocation bonus. 850zł for transport and 3 months rent bonus (up to 1250zł). Bonus for perfect attendance (up to 1500zł). Performance bonus (up to 5% of monthly salary).
