about-project :

- The Senior Functional Analyst will support business and technical teams in analyzing, designing, and optimizing insurance-related processes and systems. The role focuses on core platforms, API/microservices integration, and SQL-based data flows. The analyst will prepare functional specifications, BRDs, and integration designs to ensure seamless system operations and accurate process execution.

responsibilities :

- Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into functional specifications and BRDs.
- Support integration design and development for APIs and microservices across core insurance platforms.
- Work with SQL and data models to validate process flows and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support system configuration, development, and testing.
- Document functional processes, system interactions, and integration points.
- Conduct impact analysis for changes and support UAT and other validation activities.
- Provide guidance on process flows and system capabilities to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business and technical operations.

requirements-expected :

- 3-6 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in insurance or financial services systems.
- Strong knowledge of core platforms, API/microservices integration, and SQL.
- Experience producing functional specifications, BRDs, and integration design documents.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and QA teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
