- Technical Expertise in 5G: Leverage a solid understanding of 5G technology to gather and analyze internal client requirements for the development of innovative solutions and new product offerings.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between diverse stakeholders, including product managers, development teams, and requirements engineers, ensuring clear and effective communication.

- Requirement Management: Translate business demands into precise, actionable technical requirements to drive product and solution development.

- Change Management Oversight: Oversee the change management process by managing design processes, reviewing proposals, and preparing comprehensive documentation for Change Board evaluations.

- Proficiency in English and Polish at a minimum B2 level.
- Strong skills in performing business analysis (3 years +).
- Proven ability to gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Knowledge of 5G-related topics is a plus.

- Hybrid work model: 2 days per month in the office (offices in Warsaw, Katowice, Poznań, Lublin, Łódź, or Rzeszów).
