About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for active cooperation and communication with suppliers, processing demand requests, revising delivery schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish strong relationships with suppliers to ensure efficient and reliable service;
  2. Analyze demand requests and exception messages to optimize procurement processes;
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to revise delivery schedules and ensure stock levels meet business needs;
  4. Verify order confirmations for quantity and date to ensure accuracy;
  5. Coordinate delivery reminders and monitor material flow until physical delivery;
  6. Promote automated ordering and delivery scheduling whenever possible;
  7. Support claims resolution and supplier evaluation processes;
  8. Provide necessary documentation to suppliers as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field;
  • Excellent knowledge of German language (spoken and written) for effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems for efficient procurement processes;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks effectively;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
