Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Product Architect to join our agile squad. As a Product Architect, you'll be responsible for end-to-end architecture and providing technology capabilities supporting Global Pricing & Promotions & RMG products.

  • You'll drive technology decisions and understand the Product Owner's needs, converting them into solution architecture specifications and services aligned with overall architectural standards and roadmaps.
  • You'll forge relationships globally to enhance solution maturity, both technically and business-wise.
  • You'll tackle data architecture, ensuring seamless data flows for enhanced journeys, and identify opportunities for process and technology improvements that have direct business impact.
  • Your role involves planned governance and planning for solution and capability maturity, continually assessing people, processes, and technology – the operating model for sustained excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring consistency of the overall solution.
  • Working with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document, and communicate program and platform/application requirements.
  • Formulating the architecture & design based on functional and non-functional requirements, balancing the goals and constraints on the solution.
  • Ensuring solution design and technical decisions conform to overall architectural (Domain, Enterprise) vision, principles, and technical roadmap standards.
  • Conducting continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures and identifying architectural optimizations.
  • Maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices; and evaluating them for applicability.
  • Being responsible for ensuring the overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices are adhered to (i.e., Quality, Compliance).
  • Managing the quality of the solution and technical debt.
  • Ensuring the delivered system and services are consistent with the agreed architecture and meet the business requirements.
  • Driving the technical validation and ensuring the services of the technology vendors meet the business requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant global experience in a similar position.
  • Experience architecting and deploying pricing & promotion global solutions across multiple markets.
  • Understanding of the business strategies and objectives of pricing/promotions and rebates and the related technology.
  • Very good knowledge of Pricing & Promotions architecture and the related business processes and functionalities.
  • Good knowledge of SAP S4 HANA pricing, SAP condition contract management, and SAP VC&P, Vistex, or another market leader Pricing & Promotions technology.
  • Understanding of the business objectives of RMG and the related technology considered as a plus.
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence tools, data analytics, and dash boarding.
  • Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform, e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Championing the concepts of a modular, microservice, or event-driven architecture.
  • Middle ware and integration knowledge (API Connect, Boomi, Solace, etc.).
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and analyzing skills.
  • Experience with Agile way of working.
