About the Role

Antal Sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cryptography Expert and Post Quantum Capability Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and enhance security posture by identifying opportunities for improvement in the current control and technology environment.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and delivery through consistent review and self-improvement, ensuring zero errors.
  • Set and achieve quality benchmarks while supporting junior team members in achieving similar standards.
  • Develop innovative methods to improve quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with the Cybersecurity Security teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues.
  • Establish and maintain relationships within the company and other key stakeholder groups.
  • Promote best practices and provide guidance to junior team members through collaboration with colleagues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant work experience can substitute for a degree.
  • Demonstrated expertise in information security, focusing on cryptographic services.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing cryptography solutions in a large organization, preferably in the financial sector or aerospace/defense industry.
  • Familiarity with HSMs, general cryptography management, engineering, and PKI fundamentals.
  • Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, algorithms, and protocols.
  • Experience with cloud-based cryptography solutions and integration with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards related to PKI and information security.
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
