The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between artists and world designers, while contributing to the development of in-house tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in technical art within game development.
  • Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine 5.
  • Experience with 3D content creation software, including Blender, Autodesk Maya, and Substance Painter.
  • Proficiency in tool creation and automation using C++ and Python.

Daily Responsibilities:

  1. Researching and integrating new features for an open-world AAA game in Unreal Engine 5.
  2. Mentoring and guiding technical artists to foster innovation and excellence.
  3. Developing and optimizing solutions to address project challenges.
  4. Ensuring high-quality asset integration while maintaining performance and memory efficiency.
  5. Collaborating closely with art directors, engineers, content designers, and artists to achieve creative and technical goals.
  6. Identifying and addressing bottlenecks in production pipelines to ensure smooth development processes.
  7. Contributing to the research and development of in-house tools and automation systems.
