International Sales Representative for EU Markets

Flame Employment Polska Sp. z o. o. has a long history of successful recruitment in various industries, with over 18,000 employees placed since 2006. Our client, a renowned international furniture producer, is looking for a skilled Sales Agent to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain sales volume on markets in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia

• Grow current customer portfolio and actively acquire new ones

• Develop long-term business relationships with customers

• Participate in market strategy development for EEC region

Requirements:

• Background in EU sales in a production company

• Proven sales experience in B2B model

• Knowledge of European markets and continuous improvement approach

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• English language proficiency on a business level, with other languages being a plus

• Driving license 'B'
