Sales Representative for German-Speaking Markets

We are a company that values diversity and provides HR solutions, permanent and temporary staff recruitment, and outsourcing services across various sectors. Our client, a leading manufacturer of plastic and rubber products, is expanding its presence in the German-speaking market.

We are seeking a Sales Specialist with German and English language skills to develop and maintain customer relationships in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the German-speaking market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to further develop partnerships.
  • Day-to-day management of the sales inbox, responding to customer needs, requests, and enquiries.
  • Conducting the full sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation to closing the deal.
  • Representing the company at trade shows, industry meetings, and customer visits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in a manufacturing sector.
  • Fluency in German and very good knowledge of English.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the German-speaking market.
  • Willingness to travel on business when required.
  • Knowledge of internet marketing is an added advantage.
