Job Overview:
- Manage a team of Senior Accounting professionals to ensure accurate and reliable financial information.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial data.
- Perform audits on financial data to assure its accuracy and truthfulness, ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Align general ledger accounting practices to support budgeting and forecasting, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Senior Accounting professionals.
- Collaborating with internal departments.
- Performing audits on financial data.
- Ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
- 6+ years experience in general ledger accounting, or similar.
- At least 2 years of people management experience.
- University degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting or in a related specialization.
- ACCA / Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ACCA / CPA candidate preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations (US GAAP / IFRS).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Experience with data analytics will be an advantage.
- Superb time-management and organizational skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Fluent in both English & Polish including professional vocabulary.
- Other languages will be an advantage (German/Italian/French).
