Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled RTR Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading process improvement projects, coordinating month-end closing, and managing activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Group Stakeholders, Local Finance, and Outsourcing Partners to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
  • Coordinate month-end closing and cross-functional processes to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage activities and escalate issues to the RTR Team Leader to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Take part in transitions of RTR processes from entities to ensure a smooth handover.
  • Cooperate with other accounting departments to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize accounting information to provide insights for management.
  • Oversee accounting operations based on accounting principles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop periodic reports for management to provide visibility into financial performance.
  • Help with meeting statutory deadlines for publishing financial statements to ensure compliance.
  • Calculate taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Responsible for managing fixed assets to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Complete and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide VAT reporting, including SAT-F, reconciliation of VAT accounts & registers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support in obligatory reporting to local authorities to ensure compliance.
  • Keep information confidential and secure them with database backups to ensure data integrity.
  • Keep up with financial policies, regulations, and legislation to ensure compliance.
  • Work on a daily basis with SAP to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
  • Consistently meet individual and team KPIs to ensure high performance.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by the manager from time to time to ensure flexibility and adaptability.
  • Report to the RTR Team Leader to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience as RTR Accountant.
  • Very good knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • MS Excel and SAP required to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Good command of spoken and written English is a must to ensure effective communication.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure high performance.
  • Well-organized and able to work to deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Experience from shared service centers is an advantage to ensure flexibility and adaptability.
  • Process improvement experience would be an advantage to ensure continuous improvement.
