About Marketing Team

The marketing team plays a crucial role in our company's growth strategy, handling comprehensive 360-degree communication and comprising over 200 people. We manage all aspects in-house and operate a robust automation engine. Our combined monthly traffic across all brands exceeds 31 million. As a member of the marketing team, you'll play a vital role in the upcoming phase of our brand's growth as we expand and introduce new products to the market.

The Marketing Engine Team will develop a marketing platform to automate online marketing processes using AI and ML technologies. The team will integrate existing marketing services into a unified technical platform with maximum automation.

We're seeking a Principal Software Engineer who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead impactful and innovative initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Define and drive architectural decisions that shape the direction of our platform.
  • Lead engineers to build scalable and resilient AI-driven platforms that add value to our products.
  • Establish and promote software engineering best practices, contribute to design and code reviews, and improve system observability and performance.
  • Pursue agile development processes and mentor junior team members to foster their growth and development.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in at least one of the following languages: PHP, Java, Python, Go.
  • Strong technical skills in software development, algorithms, and related areas.
  • Knowledge of software design principles and patterns.
  • Experience developing platforms with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.
  • Desirable skills include experience working with service-oriented architecture, APIs, and data-intensive applications.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database systems and data modeling principles.
  • Effective communication skills.
