About the Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Biogen Center of Excellence Expert at our office in Warsaw, Poland.

This position involves supporting the ESE CoE Senior Analyst role within the GBS ESE and Sponsorship team, responsible for performing structured work assignments related to job discipline using existing procedures and guidelines to solve routine problems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Engagement Owners with end-to-end processes within the ESE tool from submission to closure, providing operational guidance and administrative support to ensure on-time execution of external stakeholder engagements.
  • Support Sponsorship Owners with end-to-end processes within the SGG tool from submission to closure, providing operational guidance and administrative support to ensure on-time execution of sponsorship requests.
  • Maintain Electronic Records and follow up on outstanding items, ensuring timely completion of transactions.
  • Resolving Problems in straightforward situations, analyzing possible solutions using technical experience and judgment, and operating within clear guidelines.
