About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Andersen, a European pre-IPO IT company. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for auditing, analyzing, and optimizing business processes, as well as collecting and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Collect and analyze functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders
  • Develop technical designs and task descriptions
  • Test developed product functionality
  • Compile methodological materials, including demos, instructions, and user manuals

Requirements

  • Higher education in IT or economics
  • Experience in implementing 1C software products, including 1C: Payroll and HR Management, Accounting, and ERP
  • Experience in business process audit, debugging, and implementation
  • Practical experience in implementing business processes in financial accounting, HR/personnel accounting
  • Experience in setting up systems, building and configuring reports, and developing simple queries for data sampling
  • Experience with integrations between Payroll and HR Management, Accounting, and ERP systems
  • Proficiency in Excel, including spreadsheets and functions such as IF and Vlookup
  • Systematic approach to problems, analytical mind, and skills in finding simple solutions to complex problems
  • Ability to multitask, be initiative-driven, and flexible
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to persuade, and listening to feedback from stakeholders
  • Pre-Intermediate level of English and above
