Job Title: IT Process Analyst Manager

We are JTI, a leading tobacco company with a presence in 130 countries. We are seeking an experienced IT Process Analyst Manager to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing application support for both Production and Development through resolution of minor and complex incidents & change/service requests. This will include reproducing problems in the test system, investigating solutions, searching for SAP notes, consulting with relevant BTS experts, testing implemented technical application notes, communicating with the application vendor's technical support team, and providing problem solutions to end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide application support for both Production and Development through resolution of minor and complex incidents & change/service requests.
  • Analyze requests coming from the Team Lead and assist senior team members in the analysis of the feasibility of business requests in the context of the standard application solution.
  • Participate in analyzing the impact of requirements on the GRM (global versus local).
  • Coordinate and conduct application testing in close cooperation with quality assurance and technical teams.
  • Design business processes, configure and coordinate with external parties, unit testing, maintain appropriate documentation, and roll-out of standards and templates.
Requirements
  • SAP PPM module knowledge – Portfolio Management (buckets, items, integration, configuration).
  • SAP PS: Project system basic configuration (profiles, structure, UI, validations).
  • SAP BW: basic experience with BW reporting, and functional specification creation in this area is a plus.
  • Experience in Business Analysis role.
  • Basic Financial Knowledge – financial planning and asset accounting.
  • Project management (Waterfall/Agile) skills are a plus.
  • Database structures (MS SQL), Microsoft Azure platform is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and Detail oriented.
  • Self-starter, proactive, fast learner, and interested in self-development.
