About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Process Analyst Manager to join our team at JTI. As a key member of our BTS Finance Performance Team, you will be responsible for understanding business processes and requirements, and translating them into system solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and improve solutions within the BTS Finance Performance area, with a focus on Tax Capabilities
  • Participate in projects and process enhancements, running PoCs and prototypes to measure outcome value and risks
  • Execute approved projects and research technology to find the best IT solutions, focusing on SAP area
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SAP functional consulting, with a focus on Tax area
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules, including FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, CO-CCM, CO-OM, CO-PCA, and CO-PA
  • Familiarity with S/4 HANA environment and Fiori Apps configuration
  • Ability to define PI or ABAP Interface programs with third-party entities, and debug ABAP code
  • Knowledge of Tax area, including tax codes maintenance, withholding tax maintenance, and EDI and Idocs
  • Experience with PI, XML maintenance, and electronic document exchange
  • Knowledge of BRF+ and tax and legal local reporting settings
  • Experience with tax localizations, including Spain SII, SAF-T report for Portugal, and UK Make Tax Digital
Desirable Skills
  • Communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly
  • Organizational and managerial skills, with experience in managing a small/mid-size team
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team or individually
  • Experience in the Tax area, either as a user or in the IT department
  • Knowledge of S4 and SAP BW BPC and Group Reporting
  • Ability to speak business language and be a self-learner
  • Curiosity about new technology and ability to investigate and explore market trends
Work Experience
  • Working in multinational environments
  • Participation in roll out and Global Reference Model implementation
  • Operational support issue fixes and enhancement
  • Project management experience and managerial skills
Certificates
  • Postgraduate in Audit and cost accounting
  • Master in SAP Consulting/SAP certification
